You'll almost certainly have no success in trying to use a tyre on a rim. I suspect it won't even keep the inner tube in. On a rim it's probably almost impossible to fit and certainly won't run evenly.

The first number is just the width, so yes that should cause no problem. It's only a 3 mm difference - probably not visible at all.
It's great to know there are good quality replacement tyres out there for a Kronan, but I'm desperate for new wheel rims. Does anyone know of anywhere I could get them? However we can get them in the somewhat more common size.
